Refund Policy

All purchases of our subscriptions, plans, products, add ons and other services are final and are not eligible for refund. All purchases are final and any purchase, once completed, cannot be reversed and no refund amount can be claimed.

After signing up for a subscription, the subscription will be auto renewed. Unless the subscription is cancelled from the App(s) Store, we will continue with the monthly billing cycle. The user is responsible for cancellation and no refunds will be initiated in such cases for billing that is already done.

Subscriptions as well as add-on items purchased via an App Store are subject to such App Store’s refund policies. This means we cannot grant refunds. You will have to contact an App Store support. Know more about Google Play Store’s refund policy here

Kindly Note:
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
In case of failure to make a purchase and amount being deducted, either the money will be refunded to the original source of payment or the product/service for which the purchase is made will be reinstated. Casamed reserves the right to decide in all such cases.
